Designs developed. First supermarket redevelopment design prepared.

February 2019

Planning approval. Plans submitted to City of Yarra.

February 2020

Revise design. Responded to community feedback on traffic, noise, light, apartment density into design.

May 2020

Planning approvals. Plans submitted to City of Yarra. VCAT hearing determined.

May 2021

VCAT decision. Planning Permit granted, pending agreement on use of existing laneway.

October 2021

Share laneway design. Shared laneway design with neighbours and community.

November 2021 to Febuary 2023

Planning approval. Submited laneway design to City of Yarra for approval as required by the Planning Permit Conditions.

Febuary 2023

Planning approval. City of Yarra and Piedimonte Redevelopment team formally agreed on the Council process to consider the discontinuance and sale of part of the Laneway

May 2023

Planning approval. The Piedimonte Redevelopment team received Endorsed Town Planning Approval of all planning documents.

July 2023

Planning approval. Undertake Council process to consider the discontinuance and sale of part of the Laneway.

October 2024

Planning approval. City of Yarra endorsed secondary consent development plans which considered comments by City of Yarra.

December 2024

Planning approval. Council agreed on the variation to the Deed of Agreement.

December 2024 to April 2025

Planning approval. Council Approval on Laneway Discontinuance & Construction.

2025

Pre-sales. Pre Sales & Construction Forecast to begin.
